Aashane Waterfall near Bhivpuri Road is excellent monsoon get away for Mumbaikars. It is just about 100 kms away from Mumbai, situated on the road Karjat to Neral. There are two waterfalls near Bhivpuri Road. This one is in Aashane village. As it comes under forest sanctuary, you will be charged 5 Rs. per person. Food can be arranged in the village. But try to reach the waterfall as early as possible otherwise you won't get any spot for yourself, as it is crowded on sundays. You can see that in pictures.
