What does OSAMA BIN LADEN's Death means

India woke up this morning to the news that Osama Bin Laden has been killed. Most of us felt, ya we heard it before. This must be yet another false alarm and the man must be happily napping in his caves. But as the day progressed more news came and US President Obama confirmed and US Army killed Osama in an operation helped by Pakistan.
When I heard this news, I felt wow great finally the devil is killed and will rot in hell here on. But next question came to my mind is this an end of terrorism, certainly not. Because Osama was not driving force behind Al Qaeda for years now, he was on the run and people around him were real decision makers. So killing Osama was just symbolic than anything else which was confirmed by US and many other international countries Governments by saying this not the end of war against terror.
So what does this death of Osama means, it means happiness and solace to 9/11 victims family and consolation to US public. But overall it has much more mystery around it to unravel mostly regarding involvement of Pakistan in this whole matter. Pakistan Government and Military under Parvez Musharraf was certain that Osama has been killed and he was not on Pakistani soil. Yet today we find Osama killed in heart of Pakistan, hours away from capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. Clearly the corpse  of Osama lying in Pakistan shouting that Pakistani Government and ISI are big fat liars. On top of that Pakistani government came out with statement after the operation that they had no clue that US was going through this operation. And that may be the reason why US finally got to Osama. Pakistan has been sanctuary for terrorist agency chiefs all along. If Pakistani general public does not wake up in time, their land is going to be a heart of war between terrorism and whole world and whoever may win loosing side will be Pakistani people.
What does this Osama killing means for India? Probably nothing. Or Paksitan had made arrangement with US that we give you Osama and you keep out of Kashmir or finance our operations against India. And going by the US's history they will certainly agree to achieve what they want..

Anna Hazare

One battle won by Anna Hazare today. His Victory wasn’t in making the Government what he wanted them to do but his real triumph was the hope and awareness he generated in Indians, kind of support he received from normal people, who had been manipulated by the people in power day in day out. We used to say only things that can unite Indians are Cricket and Bollywood. But Anna Hazare proved all of us wrong. Indians can be united for better future of India. This campaign of Anna Hazare ‘India Vs Corruption’ even stole the thunder from Cricket.

India has decided we can’t trust and wait for politicians to do right things for us. It’s high time we have to do it ourselves. We all were upset, angry, sad and ashamed reading and viewing one scam after another unraveling. Our hard earn money looted by politicians and moved it to out of country.

There was growing cynicism in India; nothing can be changed in India. We all were angry but was not aware what to do with this anger. Anna Hazare channelized this anger in right direction. He showed us that changes can be made. The age old saying ‘where is will, there is way’ is sounding assuring now. Young generation of India needed guidance; they needed real Leader who can lead us to better future. Unfortunately none of the politician in India today qualifies to that criterion.

But war against Corruption just started and first battle is won. We have many more battles to won.

Tsunami and Earthquake in JAPAN

The world is in distress, that tsunami is back again and this time in Japan. The Sendai earthquake and tsunami was an 8.9-magnitude earthquake and resultant tsunami waves. It was located off the east coast of Tohoku, Japan on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 05:46:23 UTC at a depth of 32 km. Originally a 7.9 on the Moment magnitude scale, it was upgraded to an 8.8, then again to an 8.9 by the United States Geological Survey making it the largest earthquake to hit Japan in recorded history.

This earthquake has triggered a tsunami scare not only for Japan's Pacific coast but various other countries like New Zealand, Australia, Russia, Guam, Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Nauru, Hawaii, Northern Marianas (USA) and Taiwan. A 10-meter tsunami was observed at Sendai airport in Miyagi prefecture, which has been flooded, with waves sweeping along cars and buildings as they traveled inland.

What is Tsunami? A tsunami is a series of water waves caused by the displacement of a large volume of a body of water, usually an ocean, but can occur in large lakes. Tsunamis are a frequent occurrence in Japan. Approximately 195 events have been recorded so far in Japan. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions, landslides and other mass movements, and other disturbances above or below water all have the potential to generate a tsunami.

The Greek historian Thucydides was the first to relate tsunami to submarine earthquakes, but understanding of tsunami's nature remained slim until the 20th century and is the subject of ongoing research. Many early geological, geographical, and oceanographic texts refer to tsunamis as "seismic sea waves."

After hugely successful “Mi Shivaji Raje Bhosale Bolatoy”, Mahesh Manjarekar and his team came back with “Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho”. The movie undermines the pathetic education system has been running in India for decades. Although we all survived it in our time, but concerning part is instead of improving it this system is going down in a deep hole. Many kids are not able to handle this pressure and attempting suicides every now and then. This movie talks about the rubbish education system we have and how the parents themselves piling on the pressure on their kids.

This is a story of a father (played by Bharat Jadhav) who ignores the talent of his son (Saksham Kulkarni) in Cricket. He want his son to study hard; so that he would make good career and good life instead of running behind distant dream of playing cricket for career. He tries to push his son to his limits so that he will earn scholarship. But his son’s heart is not in studies, he just loves cricket. So the son inevitably fails. His father, who has so many expectations from his son, could not take this and gets violent. And in this violent streak he accidently hurts his son to go in coma. After almost losing his son forever the father realizes his mistakes. And he starts to spread this message to other parents, to teachers, and to authorities, that recognize the inner talent of your kids and encourage them develop that. Not everyone has to be engineer and doctors.

The movie has good social message going on. But as a movie it is not that great. It has some high points and some very low points. It isn’t consistent throughout. I think screenplay could have better. It felt like story unfinished and climax unconvincing.

If I have to rate this movie I will give it 5 out of 10.
